Training Logger — Terms of Service

Welcome to Training Logger, a fitness-tracking and plan-generation app developed by Elmvick. By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Training Logger is intended for personal fitness and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features may require creating an account or signing in with Google or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Training Logger offers free and paid plans (Pro Basic, Pro Plus). Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. All transactions are handled by Google, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Upgrades or downgrades take effect immediately after confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks of Training Logger are the property of Elmvick. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Data

Workout logs, history, and preferences you create in the app remain your data. By using the app, you grant Elmvick permission to store and process this data for the purpose of providing functionality, analytics, and synchronization (for Pro tiers). Data handling details are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI and Third-Party Services

The app integrates ElmvickAI, powered by OpenAI GPT-5, for personalized recommendations. Responses are generated automatically and should not be taken as medical advice. The app also uses third-party services such as Firebase and Google Play Billing; each is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Training Logger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Elmvick makes no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elmvick and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app, data loss, or device malfunction.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

Elmvick may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
