Welcome to Inventory by Elmvick, developed by Elmvick. By downloading or using this application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Inventory by Elmvick is designed to assist with inventory tracking and data recording. The App is provided for informational and operational support purposes only.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered, scanned, imported, or exported using the App.

2. Data Responsibility

All inventory data, including product codes, quantities, locations, and imported files, is created and managed by the user.

Elmvick does not verify, validate, or guarantee the correctness of any inventory data. You are solely responsible for:

data accuracy
inventory reconciliation
business decisions based on the data

3. Imports and Exports

The App allows importing and exporting data, including Excel, CSV, and XLSX files. You are responsible for reviewing all imported and exported data before use.

Elmvick is not responsible for:

formatting errors
incorrect mappings
data loss during file handling

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Elmvick does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all operational environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elmvick shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to:

inventory discrepancies
financial loss
operational disruption
data loss or corruption

resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of Inventory by Elmvick are the property of Elmvick. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Elmvick reserves the right to limit or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

Elmvick may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
